Take a leisurely stroll to your first tasting at one of the region’s oldest estates. Then sample local gastronomic delights with lunch at a traditional family wine estate – all washed down with a selection of fine wines, of course.

Day 1 
Arriving in Beaune, your Burgundy wine tour begins as you soak up the medieval mood of this historic city. Once home to the mighty Dukes of Burgundy, its splendour still delights all who visit. 
Day 2 
Continue your historic Burgundy wine tour with visits and tastings at two of Beaune’s oldest, most esteemed wine cellars, one of which dates back to the 13th century. Then follow up with a lavish tasting lunch with eight wines at an estate in the heart of the Cotes de Beaune vineyards 
Day 3 
Explore the boutiques, restaurants and cafes along Beaune’s pretty cobbled streets and alleyways, before bidding farewell to the capital of Burgundy wines.

4 Day Burgundy Wine Tasting Tour – Beaune 
 
Steep yourself in the culture and culinary delights of la Bourgogne with this 4-day Burgundy wine tasting tour. Staying in the beguiling town of Beaune, you’ll visit local wine estates to sample refined reds and wonderful whites, and indulge your inner bon viveur with a brace of Burgundy wine tasting lunches.

Day 1 
As you arrive in Beaune, settle into your hotel before stepping out on the cobbles to explore this captivating town. The 3* option offers accommodation in a former coaching inn dating back to the 16th century. Or you can upgrade to 4* to enjoy a little more luxury right in the heart of town. 
 
Day 2 
The day begins with a short stroll to one of the region’s finest family vineyards where you’ll enjoy your first Burgundy wine tasting. Then it’s on to the famed Côte de Beaune to sample perhaps some of the finest white wines in the world, before enjoying a Burgundy wine tasting lunch at a family estate in the heart of the vineyards. 
 
Day 3 
Your Burgundy wine tasting tour continues apace as you delve into local vineyards with your specialist guide and learn about the terroir, techniques and types of grape used to make these stunning wines. You’ll then take a tour of a renowned estate to discover the details of the winemaking process, before lunching on a seven-course Burgundy wine tasting menu, with a selection of 10 exquisite specimens for you to sip (or even swig). 
 
Day 4 
After breakfast there’s just time to explore Beaune’s labyrinthine backstreets and alleyways, before bidding farewell to the capital of Burgundy wines.

Day 1 
As you arrive in Beaune, settle into your hotel before stepping out on the cobbles to explore this captivating town. Upon your arrival at the hotel, your cycle package and fitted, fully equipped bikes are awaiting you. Wander the medieval streets of Beaune, its ramparts, the Collegial church of Notre Dame with its 15th century tapestries, and have a drink in one of the many cafes on the main square! 
 
Day 2 
Your ride today takes you north of Beaune, to Aloxe-Corton. The small vineyard roads, and sea of vines around you, crisscrossed by tiny villages makes for heavenly riding. You will stop here for a visit of the tower and the vaulted cellar built in the 13th century. Following your visit you will sample perhaps some of the finest white wines in the world, together with a Burgundy tasting lunch at a family estate in the heart of the vineyards. 
 
Day 3 
Today you'll cycle to Puligny-Montrachet. This Véloroute winds its way along vineyard paths and is the best way to discover them. It offers mostly little vineyard paths used by winegrowers and grape harvesters. An appetising journey in the heart of Burgundy wines, passing through picturesque villages. Your Burgundy wine tasting tour continues apace as you delve into local vineyards with your specialist guide and learn about the terroir, techniques and types of grape used to make these stunning wines.
